QNOTE TERMS
Capture freely.
Review responsibly.
These terms explain the ground rules for Qnote. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Acceptance and license
By downloading or using Qnote, you agree to these terms and the Qnote Privacy Policy. Qnote grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s rules.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in recordings, transcripts, notes, and summaries. You are responsible for the content you record and share, for obtaining required consent, and for keeping backups of important material.
3. Transcription and AI output
Speech recognition and AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, especially when language settings, names, background noise, or specialized terminology are involved. Review important information against the original audio. Qnote is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
4. Cloud services
Qnote Cloud availability may vary by country, device, network, quota, and provider availability. Qnote Cloud sends data only after you allow it in the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
Qnote Cloud subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and family-sharing availability are governed by your App Store account and Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Unless Apple provides otherwise, deleting Qnote does not cancel a subscription.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Qnote to violate law, another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, service security, or usage limits. Do not attempt to extract credentials, disrupt the service, or automate abusive traffic.
7. Availability and liability
Qnote is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription, or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
Features and these terms may change as Qnote develops. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Questions can be sent to support@qshot.one.
